1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using OSINT Trace (osinttrace.com and app.osinttrace.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
OSINT Trace provides automated OSINT infrastructure, username availability checks, and social media lookup APIs to verify online identity presence for legitimate security research, investigation, and verification purposes.
3. Billing & Merchant of Record
Our order process and payment processing are conducted by our online reseller & Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles customer service inquiries, taxes, and billing support.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use OSINT Trace for unlawful harassment, illegal stalking, unauthorized personal data scraping, or any activity that violates privacy regulations or anti-stalking laws.
5. Termination & Cancellation
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your account billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
